• Page visits, counted per browsing session
• An anonymous, randomly generated browser identifier (stored in your browser) used to count unique visitors without collecting your name or email

• Journeys viewed
• Journeys started
• Journeys completed
• Lens selections
• Feature interactions
• Paywall interactions
• Interest registration interactions

Usage information supports product improvement and understanding of how features are used. Analytics may include identifiers associated with your account and are not claimed to be anonymous. Only an aggregated total visit count may be displayed publicly; visitor-level data is never shown publicly. You can clear the browser identifier at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Paid access and checkout are disabled during public beta. Registering Pro interest does not take a payment. If payments are offered in future, applicable payment processing details will be published before activation.

Visual Knowledge Lab does not directly store complete payment card numbers or payment security codes.

• Customer identifiers
• Purchase status
• Entitlement information
• Information required to manage Pro access

Authentication is provided by a configured third-party authentication service. Sign-in events and session information may be processed by that service on behalf of the platform.

The platform relies on the following actively integrated service providers:

• Lovable Cloud — managed authentication and application data storage.

Each provider processes information under its own privacy and security terms. Only providers that are actively integrated are listed here.

Application data is stored using the configured hosted database and authentication provider. Data may be processed and stored in the regions supported by those providers.

The platform may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences and support core functionality.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information. No online service can be guaranteed fully secure.

Account, entitlement and payment reference information is retained while an account is active and for a period afterwards to meet operational, legal and financial record keeping needs.

Because the platform uses third-party providers, information may be processed or stored outside Australia in accordance with those providers’ infrastructure and terms.
