You may create an account to save progress and access account-based features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.

Free access provides selected foundational learning experiences without charge. Free journey availability may change over time.

Paid Pro access is not offered during public beta. The following describes a possible future model, not an available offer or guarantee of launch.

Pro Lifetime Access means access to the Visual Knowledge Lab Pro product for the operational lifetime of the Visual Knowledge Lab service.

Journey content may evolve.

Features may change.

Platform functionality may change.

The service may eventually be discontinued.

Lifetime Pro does not automatically include separately priced future products.

Lifetime Pro does not automatically include future AI products.

Lifetime Pro does not automatically include enterprise products.

Checkout is disabled. Interest registration creates no purchase commitment and takes no payment. Any future offer requires published pricing and applicable terms before activation.

Pro Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase.

The purchase price is displayed before checkout.

Payments are processed through the configured third-party payment provider.

Visual Knowledge Lab does not directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.

Refund rights remain subject to applicable Australian consumer law and the published refund policy.

You must not:

• Attempt to bypass Pro access controls.
• Scrape or systematically extract journey content.
• Copy and commercially redistribute journey content.
• Attempt unauthorised access.
• Interfere with application security.
• Use the platform for illegal activities.
• Misrepresent Visual Knowledge Lab content as an official payment specification.

Original Visual Knowledge Lab content, original educational explanations, journey presentation, product framework, visualisation structure and original product materials remain the intellectual property of the platform owner.

Third-party names, products and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party payment products or industry organisations are used for educational and descriptive purposes and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. See the Legal & Educational Disclaimer for full detail.

Features, journey content and platform functionality may evolve over time. The service may eventually be discontinued.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and remain subject to applicable Australian law and mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these Terms attempts to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
